🛍️ Payment Options
1. Cash on Delivery (COD) – “Open to Check” Policy

We offer an Allow to Open option — you may open and inspect your order before making payment.

If you find any issue such as damage, wrong product, or missing item, you can refuse to accept the parcel on the spot.

However, if the product matches your order and is in perfect condition, but you still choose not to accept it, your COD privilege will be disabled for future orders. You’ll still be able to shop with Advance Payment.
2. Advance Payment (10% Discount)

Enjoy 10% off when you pay in advance via card or online checkout.

In case of a return or refund, the full amount you paid will be refunded to your original payment method—no deductions.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
🔁 Exchange & Return Policy
We understand sometimes sizes or styles may not be perfect on the first try — that’s why we offer a Doorstep Exchange Policy.
✅ Exchange

You can request an exchange within 10 days of delivery.

Exchanges are free — Moda Feet will cover the pickup and re-delivery costs.

We will send your new pair right to your doorstep once the first one is picked up.
🔙 Returns

If you prefer a return and refund instead of an exchange:

You must request it within 10 days of receiving your order.

The product must be unused, unworn, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging.

For returns, the customer bears the shipping cost of sending the item back to us.

Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the product.

🚫 Non-Returnable Conditions
To ensure hygiene and product integrity, we cannot accept returns if:

The shoes show signs of wear or damage after delivery.

The product is returned without original packaging or tags.

The product was purchased during a final sale or clearance offer (unless defective).
🚚 Shipping Information

We offer Pakistan-wide shipping via PostEx.

Orders are dispatched as ready-to-ship, ensuring quick delivery.

For COD orders refused without a valid reason, future COD access may be restricted.
