At Moda Feet, we want to make sure your new shoes reach you quickly, safely, and hassle-free. Here’s everything you need to know about how we deliver your orders.

📦 Order Processing

  • All our products are ready-to-ship, so your order is processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • You’ll receive an SMS or WhatsApp update once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking details.

🚛 Delivery Timelines

  • We deliver Pakistan-wide through our trusted partner PostEx.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Major cities: 2–4 business days

    • Other areas: 4–7 business days

  • Delays may occur during sales, promotions, public holidays, or unforeseen courier issues, but we’ll always keep you informed.

💵 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD orders are eligible for our Allow to Open policy — you may inspect your order before payment.

  • If the product is correct and undamaged but you choose not to accept it, future COD service may be disabled for your account.

💳 Advance Payment Orders

  • Orders placed with Advance Payment (eligible for 10% discount) are prioritized for dispatch.

  • You’ll receive tracking updates once the order is shipped.

🧾 Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on orders above [insert your amount, e.g., PKR 3,000].

  • A standard shipping fee applies to orders below that amount (calculated at checkout).

  • Any return shipping charges for refunds are borne by the customer, while exchange pickups are free.

📬 Address & Delivery Guidelines

  • Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, and pin code are correct when placing your order.

  • Once shipped, the address cannot be changed.

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect information or repeated unavailability, the order may be canceled and reshipped at your cost.

🧾 Tracking Your Order

You can easily track your order using the tracking link sent to you via SMS or WhatsApp once it’s dispatched.
