  • This website is owned and operated by Moda Feet, a Pakistan-based women’s footwear brand.

  • Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Moda Feet.

  • By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, including our Refund & Return Policy and Shipping Policy.

2. Products & Availability

  • All our products are ready-to-ship and listed with the most accurate descriptions, photos, and pricing possible.

  • Slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to photography or display settings and do not qualify as defects.

  • We reserve the right to discontinue or update any product at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payments

  • You may choose from two payment options:

    • Cash on Delivery (COD) — with our Allow to Open policy.

    • Advance Payment (10% discount) — via secure online checkout (card payments).

  • Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation or COD verification.

  • Moda Feet reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, including suspected cases of fraud or policy abuse.

  • If an order is canceled after payment, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • Customers may inspect their order before paying.

  • If a customer refuses to accept a correct and undamaged order, they may be marked ineligible for future COD purchases.

  • Repeated COD refusals can lead to account restrictions.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 10 days of delivery, provided the shoes are unused, unworn, and undamaged.

  • For exchanges, Moda Feet covers pickup and delivery costs.

  • For returns (refunds), customers bear the return shipping cost.

  • Refunds are issued after product inspection to the original payment method only.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver Pakistan-wide via PostEx.

  • Estimated delivery time is 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Moda Feet is not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping details.

  • Once shipped, the address cannot be modified.

7. Discounts & Promotions

  • Discount codes, sales, and offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

  • Any misuse or suspicious activity involving discounts or coupons may result in order cancellation or account suspension.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website — including images, designs, logos, and text — is the exclusive property of Moda Feet.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Moda Feet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.

  • Our total liability, in any case, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order.
